heeeyaaa! (: hmmhees. came back from our class bbq! (: was great but i'm ubber stuffed! urks. i'm so dead when i weigh tmr! ahhhhh. sigh. anyway i had fun there. although i prefered last years bbq. heehees. i'm dead tired! ughh. training this morning. did the 3 step hop thingy. 5sets take off leg and 4 sets non- take off leg. den did medicine ball. 15x throws den 150m stride. 3 sets. yupps. was supposed to watch our video thingy but we pushed it to tmr! yupps. want to see how i do boundign! hahas.

hmmm. while at the beach having our bbq, i was using sarah's skates to skate around. skate a little further around the beach. and i just realised how beautiful the scenery is. and it makes me think. how much God's has given us. it was like the most beautiful scene i ever saw. started humming some song annoyomously. hahas. i went up and down and up and down just to stare out to the sea. so nice! (:
